Rhinoplasty - Case 04

Open Cosmetic and Functional Rhinoplasty in a 19-year-old woman, with dorsal hump, difficulty in breathing and "Crooked Nose"

Diaphragm removal followed by precise placement of Spreader Grafts, in order to improve breathing and “Crooked Nose” or “Deviated Nose”.

Teostrut placement for tip support and stability.

Piezotome – high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations – was used to perform osteotomies.

A piezotome offers increased precision, a quicker recovery for rhinoplasty compared to traditional techniques and reduced bruising and swelling.

Two years post-op
