Rhinoplasty - Case 01

44-year-old woman with breathing difficulties and a nasal hump, underwent open rhinoplasty.

Procedure:

  • Removal of the nasal hump
  • Septum correction with the removal of a portion of the septum
  • Lateral osteotomies
  • Placement of Spreader Grafts to improve breathing
  • Tip refinement

Postoperative Period:

5 months post-surgery
