Extreme Bariatric Makeover - Case 02

58-year-old woman, mother of two, has already lost 50 kg and now weighing 68 kg with 1.68 m height. Presenting with ptotic and deflated breasts, localized fat deposits on the torso and abdomen, as well as rectus diastasis following significant weight loss and pregnancy.

Procedure:

  1. Breast lift with 360 cc Demi Round Motiva implants using the Dermal Flap technique. A glandular reduction of 250 grams was performed on the right breast and 265 grams on the left.
  2. 360 Liposuction of the torso, 3 liters.
  3. Abdominoplasty.
